Recycle and Replant with 4THBIN

Go Green with Us! 4THBIN + 51 Astor Place invite tenants to a Recycle & Replant event at 51 Astor.

Sustainability meets community - a tenant-exclusive event.
Drop-off Event

This Earth Month, 4THBIN is partnering with the EJME team at 51 Astor Place & HqO to host a Recycle and Replant event for the tenants of 51 Astor Place. It is a simple and meaningful way to support sustainability by responsibly recycling old electronics and receiving something green in return.

Join us on April 24th from 11:30AM-1:30PM in the lobby at 51 Astor Place.

Tenants are invited to drop off their unwanted electronic devices. In exchange, participants will receive a plant from the Urban Garden Center. It is a small reminder that every action we take can help something new grow.

All collected e-waste will be recycled according to the e-Stewards Standard, ensuring it is managed safely and responsibly. All data on devices will be securely erased in compliance with the NIST 800-88 r1 Standard, giving participants peace of mind.

At 4THBIN, we are committed to making technology recycling easier and more impactful. This event gives the 51 Astor Place community an opportunity to take part in that mission and to celebrate Earth Month by making a real difference.

We look forward to seeing you there and working together toward a more sustainable future.

If you can’t make it on April 24th, don’t worry! We’re hosting more Earth Month events throughout the month with PS29 and the Broadway Green Alliance. We’ll keep you updated on how you can take part!
