Where Architecture Meets Technology: Wall Street IT Unveils The Nexus Experience at 1 Penn Plaza

Join us for Wall Street IT's Open House!
Event

4THBIN is excited to invite our community to an exclusive open-house event hosted by our partner, Wall Street IT, a leading New York–based technology consultancy and systems integrator. The event will take place on October 23, 2025, from 5 to 7 PM at The Nexus, Wall Street IT’s new experiential showroom and collaboration space located at 1 Penn Plaza in Midtown Manhattan.

The Nexus is designed to showcase how integrated AV, IT, and environmental systems can transform modern workplaces. Visitors will experience hybrid meeting rooms, immersive displays, intelligent lighting, and sustainable materials, all demonstrating how architecture and technology can work together to create more connected, efficient, and eco-conscious environments.

“At The Nexus, we wanted to give architects, designers, and clients a place to experience how technology can enhance collaboration and inspire creativity rather than distract from it,” says Greg Gong, Managing Partner at Wall Street IT.

As a proud sustainability partner, 4THBIN supports Wall Street IT’s vision of smarter, greener spaces that merge innovation with environmental responsibility.

We hope to see you there — RSVP here!
